programme - how we do it

Companies are adopting a number of different HR business partner models. We start by understanding your particular model and its underlying business rationale. We also seek to understand the business results that you wish to deliver from the model.

In doing this we are able to evaluate the effectiveness of your chosen approach and make recommendations for aligning your model to the desired outcome. This process allows us to propose an intervention specifically designed to develop your model and deliver the business benefits that you are seeking.

Wherever possible we create this intervention from our core HR business partner development programme. By adapting, rather than creating new tools, we are able to control costs and reduce 'delivery times'.

We also place a great deal of emphasis on supporting the HR leadership team through the transition. Experience has taught us that moving to a shared services model requires senior HR management to adopt a more 'operational style' if the business benefits are to be delivered. Making this change is critical to overall success.
