Quality Consortium employ a network based business model. Practically, this means the two directors project and relationship manage every assignment. Thereafter, according to client needs, we draw from a pool of experienced consultants who are trained and accredited in the HR business partner programme. In this way, Quality Consortium can service large contracts whilst retaining the personal touch, so valued by our clients.
